Referrals are prioritised according to clinical urgency. Our priority is to ensure that patients are seen promptly. If your chosen provider is unavailable for a long period, we will contact you to see if you are happy for another provider to see your patient.


Urgent appointments are reserved for children and significant injuries; if you are making an urgent referral, please mark it as acute..


We welcome referrals through email or EDI or ERMS.
